The "道 Do" (path) of Tendo will be revealed where there is destiny. Mentors risked their lives to keep protecting this “Path.” Destiny is the intention of Heaven, which cannot be determined by the human race. The path was made clear to us in this human world 5,000 years ago. It all started when Fu Xi (伏義氏) of China was bestowed with “Destiny, the Mandate of Heaven.” Later he was succeeded by the descended kings and saints, and continued to be protected through “道 Do,” the path to Tendo. You may have heard about the emperors such as Yao (帝堯), Shun (帝舜), King Wen (帝禹), Zhou of China, Lao Tzu (中国の老子), and Confucius (孔子), even the Buddha (釈迦) and Bodhidarma (達磨大師) of India inherited the destiny of Tendo as well. In the face of many difficulties, mentors who remained connected to this destiny have kept protecting the path of Tendo. The predecessor Zhou Zhao Chang (Jigoshinkun/慈護真君) of Taiwan acknowledged the receipt of destiny. He came to Japan at the young age of 19 in 1949 and stayed 40 years in Japan to carry out various activities. After he fulfilled his mission, he returned to Heaven in 1989. Tendo’s line of succession continued with Kazunori Nagamatsu Touken (永松一德統賢), who has taken unto himself this destiny (he acknowledged the receipt of “Destiny, the mandate of Heaven” on April 29, 1991). “Destiny, the Mandate of Heaven” is now in the hands of Kazunori Nagamatsu Touken. He is the only one who has inherited the heart of LAUM, and the hearts of all kings and saints in the past. He is the only one who can put LAUM’s wish before himself at any time, under any circumstances. That’s why he stands in the center of Tendo.
